In the last 12-18 months, Wired Workplace has undergone significant change in its business to such an extent that growth was inevitable. We have gone from 3 staff to 9 and still growing. We are looking for staff that want to work hard and will be rewarded.

Technical Support Officer (Office & Field based)

Your primary role will be to provide first line support to network users via Phone / Email. Additional duties include hardware and software installation and the production of management reports from the Support CRM Help-desk. The post would suit someone interested in and knowledgeable about IT, with good problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly and responsively with light supervision.
