All the above products come with a free 30 day trial that must then be activated by entering a Unique Key-code which is obtainable from W2 by calling 0114 213 0213 - once this key is issued you will be charged for the service

Service Level Agreement - Our Commitment To You

All our services are provided on the basis of our Service Level Agreement (SLA). This sets out what you should expect in terms of response times, facilities and so on.

To protect all of our users and make sure that our services are provided fairly to all of our customers, we have an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This also ensures we comply with our legal obligations and that our facilities are used appropriately.

Please note that we reserve the right to disconnect users, or sequester content that does not comply with our AUP, and/or take the appropriate legal action to defend our facilities and our customers' rights.
