Getting IT Support When You Need It

We know how frustrating it is when you are unable to get hold of someone when you have a problem! This is why we aim to answer every call with a live operator who will route your call to the best person. If applicable, you will be issued a reference number. This serves as a tracking number, which enables customers to track the progress of their issue/fault. You can also access our support services online, either to report an issue or to log on to your web mail or internet phone management.

In order to maintain the best levels of network availability, we can offer advice on the most suitable equipment for your requirements. If you have any other equipment that you would like to use on the network, we will be happy to test its suitability.
